“With a complete overhaul of F1 regulations coming in 2022, cars will be radically different, and this striking new look is captured in the 11cm (4in) long sculpture,” Amalgam Collection said in its announcement.
The sculpture is based on CAD data provided by the Formula 1 group with the final sculpture design by artist Remco from Reus.
“Each Concept 2022 sculpture is hand cast, hand finished, primed, aluminum plated and finally lacquered and polished,” the press release continued. “The sculpture comes with a booklet containing details of the rule changes and their impact on the design of the car, all enclosed in a beautiful presentation box.”

“We would like to create a collection that spans the decades of F1 from 1947 to the present day, capturing the essence of the most important cars in F1 history.
