Lamborghini spends $1.7 billion on switching to electric models

RIYADH: LEAP conference organizers in Saudi Arabia will host more than 400 speakers at six conferences during the three-day event.

Speakers from various international and local organizations, such as Visa, Ericsson, JP Morgan, Cisco and Huawei, as well as stc, NEOM and King Abdullah University of Science and Technology, will be present.

The event will host workshops and sessions focusing on the future of computing, including education, fintech, electric cars and smart cities. Other specialized sessions, called Orbital Talks, will welcome speakers on these specific industries and topics:

• The energy of the future

• Creative economy

• Health Technology

• EduTech

• Smart cities

• Retail

• The fourth industrial revolution

There will also be a seed pitch stage which will see entrepreneurs bid to attract seasoned investors. The winner of the pitch competition will receive a cash prize for their new venture.
